All clogs sold through 1 Of One are made to order based on the specific size, color, design, and customization details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Because each pair is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-made clog orders.

Before You Order:
Please double-check all sizing, color choices, and customization details before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Processing & Production Time:
Custom orders typically take 1-3 months to produce. This timeframe will be communicated at the time of order.
